At Knowledge Graph, we are committed to providing a high-quality product and a positive user experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we strive to make our refund process fair and transparent.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Unconditional Refund: Customers from Mainland China, South Korea, Brazil, and Canada are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase.
- 14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period: Customers from the EU, UK, Turkey, and Israel are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase in accordance with local consumer protection laws.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the Plugin's core functionality, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 14 business days), you may request a pro-rated refund of your current subscription period.
- Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchased a subscription, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Subscription recurring renewal payments are not covered by the unconditional refund window.
- Refund requests made after the applicable refund window (7 days for China/Korea/Brazil/Canada, 14 days for EU/UK/Turkey/Israel) for initial purchases.
- Partial-month refunds for monthly subscriptions used beyond the applicable refund window.
- Refund requests based on incompatibility with third-party software or hardware configurations beyond our control.
- Refund requests due to changes in third-party service provider availability, pricing, or terms.
- Free tier users (no refund applicable as no payment was made).
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Feature requests or disagreements with our design decisions that do not affect core functionality.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request (helpful but not required).
- If you experienced technical issues, please include any relevant details or error messages that can help us improve the product.
📧 Refund Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
- No automatic renewal charges will be applied after cancellation.
- The Plugin will automatically revert to the Free tier features at the end of your paid period.
- No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as noted in our 7-day guarantee.
5. Trial Period
We may offer a free trial period for Pro features. During the trial period, you can use Pro features at no cost:
- Trial periods are typically 7 days from first activation.
- You will not be charged during the trial period.
- You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.
6. Platform-Specific Policies
If you purchased the Plugin through a third-party marketplace or platform (such as the Obsidian Marketplace, Paddle, or other resellers), please note that:
- Your purchase is also subject to the third-party platform's refund policy.
- In some cases, refunds must be processed through the platform where you made the purchase.
- We will assist you in navigating the refund process for platform purchases.
